Boone’s Homes provides 34 flats for residents at Christopher Boone’s Court.
Christopher Boone’s Court is designed to facilitate residents’ changing needs as they age. Each floor can be accessed via lifts and all flats are wheelchair accessible.
Each flat has an open-plan kitchen and living room, and one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. All kitchens are fitted with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine. All flats have underfloor heating throughout.
There is a key fob entry system for security and video phones allow residents control over visitor entry. Each apartment has access to 24-hour emergency assistance via Linkline.
Please note, parking at Christopher Boone’s Court is for visitors only. Residents can obtain street parking permits from Lewisham Council, at their own expense.
The only permitted types of pets are cage birds or house cats (in limited numbers per resident) or fish in reasonably sized tanks. Dogs and reptiles are not permitted. ‘House cat’ means a cat which lives inside your dwelling all the time, and is not allowed to roam around in Christopher Boone’s Court or its garden.
Communal Areas
There are a number of communal areas at Christopher Boone’s Court for residents to enjoy. These include the courtyard, clubroom, garden room and library nook. There is also a communal vegetable garden for residents.

You can apply for a flat if you are aged 57 or above, have limited financial assets, and are able to live independently. The flats are suitable for single people or couples. If a couple applies for a flat, both people must be aged 57 or over
