If, after reading the Guidance for Interested Applicants, you wish to apply for an almshouse flat, please complete the application form. The application form can be downloaded via the link below. Alternatively, if you would like a copy to be sent to you, please contact Policy and Operations Officer (Almshouse) at 0204 511 6301 or almshouses@merchant-taylors.co.uk.
Example Letter of Appointment
In order to complete the application form, you will need to confirm that you have read the example Letter of Appointment and Residents’ Handbook, and that you understand that if you are offered a Boones Homes flat, you will be required to abide by the terms set out in both documents.
